Position Overview/Summary:

The Client Services Manager functions as the customer liaison with Engineering, Operations, and Sales. The first-line contact between a customer and/or sales account manager. The position supports the customer service function by providing quotations and acting as a primary liaison for correspondence and communications with customers. 
Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Required:
* Legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service role or similar capacity.
* Strong capability in project management.
* Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Outlook.
* Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
* Hands-on D-R centrifugal / turbine equipment experience
Preferred:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
* Some field experience on D-R equipment

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Service Managers may perform some or all of these responsibilities listed below.

Commercial Functions
* Interpret customer maintenance and/or repair specifications to technical personnel for repair and maintenance of equipment.
* Review contractual terms and conditions for service specifications.
* Negotiate contracts per policy directly with the Client, working with legal, risk management, and sales departments.
* Issue Work Order Releases (WOR’s) to the shop for initiating jobs, releasing repairs, and advising the shop of changes in scope from the customer and when notifying the shop a change in scope has been approved by the customer.
* Support shop personnel in execution of activity described in recommendations.
* Liaison between client and shop regarding status, scope change, hold points, etc.
* Develop specific quotations for repair work scopes with associated detailed costs.
* Prepare and deliver project documentation and progress reports for internal and external customers.
* Closely monitor ongoing job-costs, with focus on cost actual versus quote/estimate.
* Inside sales functions including new and existing Clients.
* Collaborate with technical specialists and QA manager to ensure that all jobs are completed within job specific or general quality guidelines and assurances.
Technical Functions
* Generate workscopes for components detailing how inspections and repairs are to be performed.
* Calculate hours required for inclusion on inspection and repair workscopes.
* Routinely check on the progress and condition of jobs currently being worked
* Submit purchase requisitions for any special materials or outside services needed for the completion of the job.
* Assist with all technical issues that arise related to work in progress or previously completed jobs.
* Maintain files of all technical paperwork associated with a job, as well as archiving any electronic files on the network.
* Review and approve job data included but not limited to dimension, heat treat, balance, certifications and visual acceptance.
* Reports on job progress and milestones at the Production Meeting.
* Generate reports detailing the inspection methods, inspection results, proposed repairs, required hours for repairs, and possible repair options for use in quoting purposes for repair.
Additional Duties
* Perform any and all other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
* Support and maintain Lean implementation projects.
* Assist with and support the various safety projects and initiatives within the Service Center.
* Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
* Work hours are as required and directed by the project and client requirements.
* May be assigned to manage/coordinate work flow of other employees – Project Management.
* Accomplishes all tasks appropriately assigned or requested.

Position Overview/Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for: Development and execution of an annual Territory Plan, Management and deployment of selling resources within Territory, Opportunity Management Tracking/Forecasting, Competitive Awareness, Won/Loss Reporting, Define/Communicate Client Needs/Market Conditions. Remains current with industry/market and the technology/ D-R solutions that effect clients industry. 

Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Required:
* The legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer.
* A minimum of a High School Diploma
* A minimum of 5 + years outside sales experience calling on industrial clients.
* The willingness and ability to travel 40 to 60% in the territory
* Industrial sales experience
* Knowledge of reciprocating compressor applications
* Experienced in dealing with pipeline and oil gathering / storage facilities
* Experienced working in a highly-matrixed organization.
**NOTE: candidates lacking the requisite education requirements, but possess 10+ years of outside sales experience directly in this market will be considered.

Preferred:
* 
A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering disciplines) highly preferred
* 
Rotating equipment aftermarket sales experience desirable

Position will support turbine rotor repair &amp; reblading of under 50MW steam turbines. Including the specification &amp; installation of new turbine blading on repaired rotors.

Individual will be responsible for the reblading of under 50MW steam turbines.

The position will require working with Client Service managers to determine repairs required to the turbine blades, taking any required measurements for replacement blading, new blade installation &amp; final inspection of the rebladed turbine.
* 
Accurate documentation of repairs are required to be scanned and data entered into the project data base on the Repair Center computer.
* 
Individual will work under the supervision of the Mechanical lead &amp; Shop superintendent.

The Welder 1 will be responsible for repairing engineered rotating equipment components in accordance with Dresser-Rand process procedures. 
Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Required:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Capable of passing weld tests utilizing SMAW, FCAW, &amp; GTAW processes on high strength / high alloy materials.

Capable of utilizing hand tools for grinding, assembly, and finishing of components.

High degree of safety awareness

Capable of following detailed weld process procedures.
* 
Capable of accurate documentation of work performed.
* 
Capable of reading, understanding equipment drawings.

Knowledge of handling / welding on high strength materials
* 
Ability to perform weld set-ups with minimal supervision
* 
Demonstrated ability with Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and precision aero component repair skills.
* 
High degree in compentency in performing percision measuring, knowledge of weldable materials, and weld repair techniques.

Position requires completion of qualification testing on high strength &amp; high alloy materials.
