Position Overview/Summary:
This position requires ability/ experience to disassemble & reassemble rotating equipment to API requirements.
Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
*
High school diploma or GED
*
Good written and oral communication skills
*
High level of computer / graphic skills
*
High math skills
*
Experience with using high precision measuring tools
*
Ability to read and interpret rotor assembly drawings
*
Experience with industrial rotating equipment desired
*
Able to pass required drug screen
*
Work with minimal direct supervision
*
Self starter
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
*
Individual is responsible for the inspection, documentation, disassembly or assembly of refinerery and chemical plant rotating equipment.
*
Duties include but are not limited performing detailed dimensional inspections on parts, reporting of dimensions, assembly of components, balance components to API requirements & packaging components for shipment after assembly.
