Interns work side-by-side with our top professionals on crucial client orders and management issues. Interns are assigned based on their academic discipline, needs of the organization, and potential contribution. As an engineering intern at Dresser-Rand you will be given a project or multiple projects to work on during the internship period. These projects will be related to material you have learned in your courses and are also designed to aide in the learning of new material and concepts through hands-on experience. A professional in your field will mentor you during this process and assist with your development. Intern duties vary by location and department and will be reviewed with you during your interview.
