Position Overview/Summary:

The Senior Oracle Order Management Analyst will be heavily involved in the full lifecycle implementation and support of the Oracle Order Management 11i family. This role will consult with all levels of the organization in an engineer -to- order environment, providing business analysis for the purpose of efficient implementation of Oracle projects modules:
* Order Management
* Shipping
* Advanced Pricing
* Oracle CRM Sales and Service
* Install Base
Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

Required:

* The legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer
* A minimum of a Bachelors Degree
* A minimum of 5 years of overall customer service environment experience
* A minimum of 5 years experience in full cycle 11I Oracle Order Management implementations and rollouts, including: scope design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post production support
* The willingness and ability to travel, occasionally to internal locations, for up to 25% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position
* Excellent Order Management background with a very good understanding of the Order-To-Cash cycle
* Prior experience with Oracle CRM On-Demand or CRM in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model is highly desired but not mandatory
* Strong familiarity with AIM (Applications Integration Methodology) approach
* Strong experience in business process analysis and redesign, including business analysis skills, process mapping and business process redesign and implementation
* Strong systems implementation skills, including requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support
* Consulting skills, including team facilitation and business case development
* Strong user and Oracle Applications technical communication skills
* Experience in a manufacturing, engineer-to-order environment
Preferred:

*
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
*
Experience with SQL
*
Experience with Oracle Discoverer
Position Responsibilities and Duties:

*
Support multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of Oracle ERP portfolio and related business applications
* Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment
* Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies, with will enhance current systems and support overall corporate business goals
* Research and evaluate new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs
* Configure, test and train users in the Oracle Order Management Suite
